VantaBB Development Update

The index page, header, and footer design are now completed for the VantaBB MyBB theme.
This update includes a clean dark layout, modern navigation, improved forum structure, responsive header design, polished footer styling, and a consistent visual system across the main page.
More pages will be designed and updated soon as VantaBB continues moving toward a full premium MyBB theme.
